Job Description

This is an exceptional opportunity to join our dynamic Sales & Marketing team as a Business Development Manager for Climate Tech x AI. You will be responsible for driving business development in our focus industries, building relationships with scale-up customers, and formulating sales strategies to achieve revenue growth and new customer acquisition.

  • Growing Footprint: Expand our presence in Climate Tech, Mobility, and Marketplaces by identifying new opportunities and nurturing existing relationships.
  • Sales Strategy Execution: Develop and execute sales plans that drive revenue growth, new customer acquisition, and customer satisfaction.
  • Lead Nurturing: Identify, engage, and convert scale-up leads into successful high-value contracts.

In this role, you will work closely with our Founders, CCO, and AI Strategy Leads to ensure seamless collaboration and maximize customer satisfaction.

Requirements

To succeed in this position, you will need:

  • A minimum of 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in tech scale-ups.
  • A strong network in Climate Tech, Mobility, or Marketplaces.
  • Demonstrated ability to open new accounts, run sales processes, and articulate the business value of Data & AI technology.
  • Fluency in both Dutch and English, with eligibility to work in the Netherlands.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS include a strong interest in AI & Machine Learning and experience in a consultancy/service-heavy sales context.
