International Business Development Representative for IT Solutions

At Arrow ECS B.V. (fka Logix Nederland B.V.), we are seeking a highly skilled International Business Development Representative to join our dynamic sales team in the Netherlands.

This is an excellent opportunity to start and continue a key career move in a fast-paced, international organization. As a Business Development Manager at Arrow, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with customers as well as identifying future leads within business units.

About the Role:
  • Drive the business onsite at the reseller, working with different teams and management of the reseller with the support of our teams.
  • Join sales, marketing, and pre-sales meetings at the reseller onsite.
  • Communicate with vendors sales management.
  • Cooperate with Inside Sales team offering support for quotes, access to portals, playbooks, etc.
  • Manage sales activities, sharing knowledge and visiting customers.
  • Setup and manage recruitment and enablement campaigns using marketing and vendor programs.
  • Evaluate the portfolio and approach of the reseller and help them improve their pitch and results by using vendor sales books and other vendor tools.
  • Setup an education and training program, custom-made and in line with the commitment and goals.
What We Are Looking For:
  • A minimum of 1-3 years of experience within sales and/or business development in the IT sector with a relevant degree.
  • Knowledge about new technology products and solutions as well as understanding of the Dutch market and global trends, opportunities.
  • Strong communication and sales skills, comfortable with cold calling and acquisition of new clients.
  • You are native in Dutch and fluent in English.
  • Easy to build and maintain new relationships with stakeholders and customers.
