Business Development Representative with Dutch Expertise

About the Role


We are looking for a Business Development Representative to join our sales team in Arrow ECS Netherlands for the following vendors: Pure Storage, Citrix, Nvidia, Supermicro.


This is an exciting opportunity to develop and maintain relationships with customers, identify future leads within business units, and drive business activities onsite at the reseller.


As Business Development Manager at Arrow, you will be responsible for:



  • Working with the sales, marketing, and pre-sales teams to develop and implement sales strategies
  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, and managing relationships with existing customers
  • Collaborating with the Inside Sales team to support quote requests, provide access to portals, and share knowledge
  • Managing sales activities, including visiting customers, setting up and managing recruitment and enablement campaigns, and evaluating the portfolio and approach of the reseller
  • Developing and delivering training programs, custom-made and in line with the commitment and goals

What We Are Looking For


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Representative who:



  • Has at least 1-3 years of experience in sales and/or business development in the IT sector, with a relevant degree
  • Has knowledge of new technology products and solutions, as well as understanding of the Dutch market and global trends, opportunities
  • Has strong communication and sales skills, comfortable with cold calling and acquisition of new clients
  • Is native in Dutch and fluent in English
  • Is able to build and maintain new relationships with stakeholders and customers
