Job Title: Groups & Meetings Planner

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Groups & Meetings Planner to join our dynamic team at Hotel Co 51. As a key point of contact between our guests and hotels, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth running of group bookings across our Moxy, AC by Marriott, Courtyard, and Residence Inn brands.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Group Management: Handle all aspects of group bookings, including contracts, rooming lists, and guest communications.
  • Revenue Optimisation: Maximise room revenue through effective inventory management and client relationship building.
  • Operational Coordination: Collaborate with hotel teams to ensure seamless event execution.
  • Administrative Tasks: Manage group-related paperwork, invoicing, and commission requests.
Requirements:
  • Detail-oriented: With a strong ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Customer-focused: Committed to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
  • Collaborative: A team player who can work effectively with colleagues.
  • Organised: With excellent time management and planning skills.
Skills and Experience:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Opera Express and Opera Sales & Catering.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • A minimum of 1 year experience in a hotel environment, preferably in group or reservations.
