What will your role entail?
As a Guest Services Intern, you will be an integral member of the Front Desk & Navigator team. You will be among the first points of contact for our guests, and your warm, genuine demeanor will help create a distinctive and tailored guest experience during check-in. You will customize your interactions based on guest cues to ensure they feel welcomed and valued. Your skills, along with your connections with various hotel departments (from Styling to the Navigator and beyond), will enable you to anticipate and fulfill our guests' desires.
You will extend a heartfelt welcome to guests and attend to their needs throughout their stay, from arrival to departure. You will assist guests with their luggage and valet services as required. You will collaborate with other departments to craft unique and memorable experiences for our guests.What qualities make you an ideal candidate?

To qualify for this position, you must...
Have experience in hospitality and Front Desk operations. Be fluent in English and preferably Dutch. Have a passion for local culture and offerings. Be available full-time and willing to work both morning and evening shifts. Have the legal right to live and work in the Netherlands.What benefits do we offer?
