The Renaissance Amsterdam Hotel is seeking a Guest Services Intern who can join our team.

IMPORTANT: ONLY FOR STUDENTS WITH AN INTERNSHIP AGREEMENT FROM THEIR EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTION

What will your role entail?

As a Guest Services Intern, you will be an integral member of the Front Desk & Navigator team. You will be among the first representatives that guests encounter, and your warm, genuine demeanor will help create a memorable and tailored experience from the moment they arrive. Your skills, along with your connections with various departments within the hotel, will be essential in anticipating and fulfilling our guests' desires.

  • You will warmly welcome guests and ensure their comfort throughout their stay, from arrival to departure.
  • You will assist guests with their luggage and provide valet services as needed.
  • You will collaborate with other departments to craft unique and personalized experiences for our guests.

To qualify for this position, you must...

  • Have experience in hospitality and Front Desk operations.
  • Be fluent in English, with proficiency in Dutch being a plus.
  • Have a genuine enthusiasm for local culture and offerings.
  • Be available for full-time hours, including mornings and evenings.
  • Have the legal right to live and work in the Netherlands.

An extraordinary opportunity is available in the heart of one of Europe's most dynamic markets. We are thrilled to announce that the Renaissance Amsterdam Hotel is currently undergoing a comprehensive transformation. Significant investments are being made to enhance the hotel, resulting in fully renovated guest rooms and public spaces, including a brand-new bar, restaurant, and rooftop terrace. The hotel will expand from 402 to 500 rooms, and an additional conference center will be built.
