We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Solution Lead for Construction to join our team at SBM Offshore. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for defining digital solution requirements and managing the complete life cycle of digital solutions from ideation to development, evolution, and decommissioning.
Key Responsibilities- Establish and maintain relationships with key business and technology stakeholders
- Contribute to contract management with 3rd party software suppliers
- Translate business needs into functional requirements for digital solution configuration/development
- Manage the Ideate and Validate phases of the stage gate model process
- Implement and manage lifecycle management process of the digital solution
- Monitor KPIs and enforce quality and performance of the digital solution
- Strong business background with minimum 10 years of experience in Oil & Gas Construction and Commissioning scope
- Functional knowledge of digital solutions and IT software development
- Comfortable with negotiation and commercial setup
- Passionate about technology and digital
