Enterprise Account Executive

VONQ is seeking an experienced Enterprise Account Executive to drive business growth by identifying and pursuing new opportunities with corporate clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a strategic plan to achieve sales targets
- Conduct in-depth discovery to understand customers' business priorities and align VONQ's solutions
- Translate VONQ's proposition to meet customer success
- Build and manage a sustainable pipeline of new business opportunities
- Manage the sales process with tight control and transparency
- 2-5 years of experience as a quota-carrying sales representative
- Ability to communicate strategically and at a C-level
- Self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment
- Genuine customer empathy
- Organized and strong time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- A thirst for knowledge and growth in a scale-up environment
- A sense of urgency and persistence
