Job Title: Enterprise Account Executive

VONQ is seeking an experienced Enterprise Account Executive to drive business growth by identifying and pursuing new opportunities with corporate clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a strategic plan to achieve sales targets
  • Conduct in-depth discovery to understand customers' business priorities and align VONQ's solutions
  • Translate VONQ's proposition to meet customer success
  • Build and manage a sustainable pipeline of new business opportunities
  • Manage the sales process with tight control and transparency
Requirements:
  • 2-5 years of experience as a quota-carrying sales representative
  • Ability to communicate strategically and at a C-level
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment
  • Genuine customer empathy
  • Organized and strong time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • A thirst for knowledge and growth in a scale-up environment
  • A sense of urgency and persistence
