You will be part of the global retail analytics team, a highly diverse and international team, based in ING's Cedar office.

Your Profile

To succeed in this role, you will need:

* 5-10 years of experience in a pricing or quantitative marketing role
* Proven track record of execution and impact in a complex environment
* Solid understanding of retail banking products
* Pricing or strategy consulting background is an advantage

Key Skills

* Analytical mindset; you operate in an analytical & fact-driven manner, and have high affinity with data
* Ability to identify the connection between quantitative and qualitative analysis
* Solid functional knowledge; including but not limited to: customer segmentation, value proposition and product design, pricing models, price setting, consumer behavior, market research, value communication, project management, financial modelling
* Commercial drive; you have a knack for spotting opportunities to generate commercial impact
* Cross-cultural leadership; you have the ability to collaborate with and lead & inspire colleagues from different cultural backgrounds
* Ability to synthesize, visualize and communicate complex problems in oral and written communication, including in the form of compelling PowerPoint presentations
