Senior Presales Solution Consultant

As a Senior Presales Solution Consultant at ServiceNow, you will play a key role in bringing our HR technology solutions to clients in the Netherlands. You will combine your knowledge of HR culture with a deep understanding of the HR Technology landscape, and bring a strategic mindset to the business. Your passion for technology and experience in cloud software solutions will enable you to develop, position, and deliver product-specific solutions during sales cycles.
You will be our brand ambassador, representing both our company and HR product solutions in front of our prospects, customers, and partners. You will also act as a product expert, fully engaged in the sales cycles to understand our customers' strategies and needs, prepare and configure product demonstrations to showcase how our solution fits their needs. You will actively participate in marketing events to present and promote our solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Process analysis to prove the value of our product for the business situation of your client
- Identify demands within the HR/Workplace/Legal functions for our platform
- Contribution to sales campaigns focused on the Employee Experience solution suite, which includes HR Service Delivery, Workplace Service Delivery, and Legal Service Management
- Lead discovery workshops to determine customers' business challenges and deliver product demonstrations aligned to customer needs
- Prepare, configure, and deliver solution demonstrations to customers in person and virtually to showcase how our solution fits their needs and resolves their business issues
- Answer questions related to product features from our customers, channel partners, and ServiceNow colleagues
- Respond to Request for Information/Proposal documents
- Provide product feedback and enhancements requests to Product Management
- Help develop programs that enable the field sales organization to demonstrate the value of Employee Workflows and HR Service Management on the ServiceNow platform
- Share and learn best practices and reusable assets with other Solution Consultants to enhance the quality and efficiency of the team
- Stay current on competitive analysis and market differentiation
- Support marketing events, including executive briefings, conferences, user groups, and trade shows
Qualifications:
- Proven experience (7-10 years) of pre-sales solutions consulting in software industry, SaaS, or PaaS
- Knowledge of the Employee Experience, HR Service Delivery, or HCM landscape
- Experience in delivering complex, multi-layered product solutions to clients in multiple industries
- Passion for technology and experience in cloud software solutions
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in written and spoken English, in both business and technical concepts
- A confident and engaging presentation style, with the ability to tell a compelling story
- Proven track record of presenting to a variety of stakeholders, including technical, functional, and C-suite
- Proactive and independent mindset. Fast learner with the ability to complete tasks in an organized, detailed way with minimal supervision
- Experience working collaboratively across a complex sales ecosystem
- Creative problem-solving skills with a growth mindset and desire to work in a fast-paced, high-growth organization
- Fluent in English and Dutch
- Willingness to travel across the region as necessary
