About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Solution Associate in Freight Forwarding to join our Special Projects & Logistics team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving high-quality customer service, effective communication, cost awareness, and continuous performance that supports our growth aspirations.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Work as the Primary Contact Person for larger clients, handling cross-trade shipments including Air, Ocean, RoRo, project, etc.
  2. Responsible for the end-to-end customer experience, handling all operational matters, including quoting, procurement, selling, and invoicing on a daily basis.
  3. Explore new opportunities together with clients, upselling when possible.
  4. Together with the network, both internally and externally, identify challenges and find ways to improve both on cost and service level.
  5. Own customer escalations together with the Operations Manager.
Requirements

We are looking for a self-driven person who can stay cool in a hectic and complex environment. You should strive in a collaborative role, being responsible for the service provided, and be always willing to go the extra mile.

Our ideal candidate has:

  • At least 3-5 years' experience with freight forwarding, preferably with knowledge from multimodal shipments, e.g., Ocean/Air/Air charter/Project/RoRo, etc.
  • Excellent communication skills, including both verbal and written English.
  • Fluent French (C1 min) as you will work with French clients.
  • A collaborative mindset with a 'can do' attitude.
  • Eagerness to be best in class and part of a winning team.
  • Ability to be flexible when needed, as our job is not always 8-16.
