Transform Your Career as an Administrative HR Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative HR Coordinator to join our dynamic team at AIG Europe S.A. (Netherlands branch).

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing general HR administrative tasks that support the smooth operation of the HR department.

  • Coordinate queries in the NL HR Mailbox, ensuring prompt and efficient responses to employees and stakeholders.
  • Process invoices related to HR, including solicitor fees and outplacement costs.
  • Manage the flow of employees, from onboarding to offboarding, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Administer Occupational Health timesheets and HR Shared Services tasks.
  • Prepare and report monthly payroll data, maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Handle sickness processes, including Wet Poortwachter and RI&E cases.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Collective Labour Agreements and the company handbook.
Talent Acquisition Support

The ideal candidate will provide administrative support for Talent Acquisition, including:

  • Creating job requisitions and offer letters.
  • Contacting agencies and coordinating interviews.
Projects and Learning & Development Programme Coordination

The successful candidate will participate in various HR projects, gaining exposure to different areas of HR and developing project management skills. Additionally, they will support individuals on their learning programs, ensuring successful skills development and responding to queries.

Requirements

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in a high-volume coordination role or administration position.
  • A solid understanding of HR processes or experience within an HR administrative environment.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Prior experience working in a large multinational organization is desirable.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint, as well as Workday and ADP.

Our competitive salary package includes a base salary of €45,000 - €55,000 per annum, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
