Job Summary

Zimmer Biomet is a global leader in medical technology, striving to alleviate pain and improve quality of life worldwide. We seek a highly skilled Sales Representative to join our team, driving sales growth and representing our company with the highest professionalism.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sell Zimmer's exclusive range of products, adhering to management strategies and company policies.
  • Develop strong relationships with orthopedic surgeons and allied personnel in assigned territories.
  • Provide training on Zimmer products, ensuring timely follow-up on leads and visits as directed by the Sales Manager.
  • Adhere to divisional sales strategies and devote time to acquiring in-depth knowledge of Zimmer and competitive products.
  • Participate in sales meetings, exhibitions, and staff training as required by the Sales Manager.
  • Maintain and care for assigned samples and instrumentation.
  • Assist with stock checks of FOC instrumentation and consignment stocks as needed.
Requirements
  • Educated to minimum 'A' level or equivalent.
  • Preferably a business degree or equivalent.
  • Experience in the healthcare industry.
  • Knowledge of designated territory, hospitals, and relevant hospital personnel.
Essential Skills
  • Proven selling and negotiating techniques.
  • Presentation and communication skills.
  • Numerate and literate.
  • Clean driving license essential.
