Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a global training curriculum for our computed tomography products and solutions.
- Design and deliver training programs for new product introductions, onboarding, and continuing education.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales support, analytics, and research, to identify skill gaps and develop targeted training strategies.
- Establish a continuous learning agenda and promote a culture of learning within the organization.
- Work closely with regional leaders and business teams to identify areas for improvement and develop training programs to address these gaps.
- 5+ years of experience in sales training and enablement.
- Previous experience in the healthcare or medical device industry.
- Proven experience in using learning management systems and e-learning design platforms.
- Ability to create and deploy training curricula through a blended approach, including e-learnings, classroom, and virtual training.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and motivate learners.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to investigate and address skill gaps.
- Fluent English language skills.
