About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Consumer Insights Associate to join our team at International Flavors & Fragrances' Fabric Care Innovation Center in Hilversum, Netherlands. As a key member of our consumer research team, you will play a pivotal role in supporting Fabric Care category CI projects for global, regional, and local customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the development of consumer research designs for regional Fabric initiatives, aligning with cross-functional teams.
  • Design and execute consumer tests, manage data, and analyze results to provide actionable insights.
  • Communicate research findings and recommendations to internal and external customers through impactful presentations and reports.
  • Collaborate with commercial and creative teams to define business objectives and drive growth.
  • Manage CI budgets for appointed projects/clients, ensuring maximum ROI within allocated resources.
  • Liaise closely with EAME Sr. CI Group Manager to understand business priorities and drive sales growth.

Requirements

  • Master's or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Market Research, Business, Statistics, Psychology, Behavioral Sciences, or a related field.
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills, with a passion for understanding consumer behavior.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate with all levels of the organization.
  • Experience with qualitative and quantitative research methods, with a track record of bridging the gap between data streams.
  • Minimum 4 years of consumer research experience, with 360 project management experience in a relevant industry.
  • Ability to think creatively and develop innovative research designs.
