About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Consumer Insights Associate to join our EAME team at International Flavors & Fragrances. As a key member of our Fabric Care Innovation Center, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth through consumer research and insights.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support Fabric Care category CI projects for global, regional, and local customers, defining consumer research design and aligning with cross-functional teams.
  • Drive the definition of assumptions and learning needs with Commercial and Creative teams to ensure business objectives are clearly defined.
  • Analyze results to generate insights, providing recommendations to help IFF target customer opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal and external customers, presenting results and insights in an impactful manner.
  • Manage CI budget for appointed projects/clients, ensuring maximization of investments within budget availability.

Requirements

  • Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Market Research, Business, Statistics, Psychology, Behavioral Sciences, or a relevant discipline.
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills, critical and strategic thinking, and a passion for understanding consumer behavior.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate with all levels of the organization.
  • Experience using qualitative and quantitative research methods, with a track record in research design and methodology.
  • Minimum 4 years of consumer research experience, with 360 project management experience in a relevant industry.
