Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Consumer Insights Associate to join our team in Hilversum, Netherlands. As a key member of our Fabric Care Innovation Center, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth by providing actionable insights to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and execute consumer research studies to inform business decisions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop research plans and methodologies
  • Analyze data and present findings to internal and external stakeholders
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers and internal partners
  • Manage CI budget and ensure effective use of resources
Requirements:
  • Master's or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Market Research, Business, Statistics, Psychology, or related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in consumer research and project management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively in a matrix environment
  • Fluency in English, with ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and concisely
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in consumer research, with 360 project management experience
  • Track record of designing and executing research studies, with ability to think creatively and outside the box
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
