About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Consumer Insights Associate to join our team at International Flavors & Fragrances. As a key member of our Fabric Care Innovation Center, you will play a critical role in driving business growth through consumer research and insights.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and execute consumer research projects to inform business decisions and drive innovation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop research designs, methodologies, and analysis plans.
  • Analyze results to generate actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Communicate findings and insights to internal and external stakeholders through effective written and verbal communication.
  • Manage CI budgets and ensure maximization of investments within allocated resources.
Requirements
  • Master's or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Market Research, Business, Statistics, Psychology, Behavioral Sciences, or a related field.
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills, with experience in qualitative and quantitative research methods.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Minimum 4 years of consumer research experience, with a track record of leading projects from planning to execution.
