The Supply Chain Data Analyst will play a key role in supporting the procurement team by managing and optimizing data systems to enhance reporting and analytics across European procurement operations.

This includes working with ERP systems in BV, Germany, France, and Eurowest, as well as creating insightful Power BI reports to support finance and operations teams.

Responsibilities include:

  • Maintain and automate data models and processes to improve efficiency and functionality.
  • Enhance and manage the reporting suite across multiple regions, ensuring consistent data availability.
  • Write SQL queries to extract accurate data from various ERP systems across Europe.
  • Develop and deliver Power BI reports for finance, operations, and senior management.
  • Translate complex data sets into clear and actionable insights to support decision-making.
  • Monitor, validate, and process data to support logistics and supply chain planning, using Excel-based tools.
  • Assist with onboarding and training users on BI tools and systems to ensure effective utilization.
  • Collaborate with finance and operations teams to align data solutions with business needs.
  • Write and integrate variation orders (VOs) into reporting systems and provide ad-hoc project support.

We're seeking an experienced Supply Chain Data Analyst to join our team in Poeldijk, Netherlands on a 12-month contract.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of ERP systems across multiple regions and proficiency in writing SQL queries and integrating data into BI tools like Power BI.

A competitive salary of €55,000 per annum, plus benefits including 26 days paid vacation, company pension scheme, and company phone & laptop.
