Dutch Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our Department Workboats Project Management at Damen Shipyards. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing the new build of High Speed Vessels, Fast Ferries, and Tugs from drawing up to delivery to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Kick off projects, determine scope of work, and determine deliverables for the multi-disciplinary team.
- Inform stakeholders on a regular basis with project status regarding timing, quality, risks, costs, and contractual requirements.
- Manage disturbances in the process that might impact time, quality, and costs.
- Bachelor or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Shipbuilding, Maritime Technology, or Electric and Automation.
- Proven experience in Project Management in a multi-disciplinary team.
- Team player who can oversee the red lines in a project and guide the team as a Captain.
- Socially skilled, motivates the team to go the extra mile.
- Fluency in Dutch and English.
