Project Manager Engineering Shipbuilding

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead our Engineering and Shipbuilding team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of engineering projects, from design to production.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a team of engineers and support staff to deliver engineering projects on time and within budget;
- Provide technical support and guidance to project teams as needed;
- Develop and implement project plans, budgets, and schedules;
- Coordinate with clients and stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met;
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards;
- Implement and maintain effective project management processes and procedures;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
- Bachelor's degree in Naval Architecture or a related field;
- At least 3 years of experience in managing engineering projects in the maritime sector;
- Strong technical knowledge of engineering principles and practices;
- Excellent communication and leadership skills;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks;
- Proficiency in software packages such as AutoCAD;
- Fluency in English, with Dutch a plus.
