Job DescriptionWe're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Community Lead to join our Sales & Marketing and Operations team. As a vital member of our team, you'll be responsible for building and fostering a strong international community of talent, Climate Tech scale-up customers, and their founders within the Climate Tech industry.
Key Responsibilities- Organize frequent events to expand our online and offline AI and Climate Tech community.
- Strengthen our relationships with Dutch and German universities and customers.
- Create compelling marketing content that aligns with our identity.
- Plan and execute external events in the Netherlands and Germany.
- Serve as a brand ambassador both internally and externally.
- Cultivate our internal culture community spanning Berlin, Utrecht, and potential third hub.
- Coordinate internal events, activities, and programs.
- Experience in organizing B2B events.
- Understanding of our consultancy field of expertise.
- Track record in online and offline community building.
- Fluency in both Dutch and English with eligibility to work in the Netherlands.
- Network in Climate Tech and/or AI Engineering departments of Universities.
- Strong interest in the field of AI & Machine Learning and Climate Tech.
- Excellent content designer and comfortable writing about tech topics.
- Join a dynamic team at the forefront of Data & AI technology.
- Flourish in an empowering, innovative, and global environment.
- Dedicated training program to improve community building skills (MLEAP) and 1-on-1 coaching from our C-Level.
