Key Responsibilities:- Manage and monitor the performance of existing Financial Institutions (FIs) partnerships in your respective region/market.
- Provide world-class payment services to our clients through effective relationship management and collaboration with key stakeholders.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with payment partners, banks, payment service providers (PSPs), and acquirers.
- Engage with key executives in the financial industry to foster partnerships and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Act as the key escalation point in negotiations and discussions with key influencers, partners, and regulators.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support and prioritize new product and channel launches.
- Lead the coordination and cooperation between FI partners, product teams, and headquarters to drive successful outcomes.
- Contribute to marketing operations to drive higher usage and conversion rates for payment channels.
- Monitor and manage the performance of all payment partners in your respective countries.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
- Advanced degree preferred.
- Proven experience in managing and nurturing partnerships with financial institutions, banks, or payment service providers.
- Strong understanding of the payment industry landscape, including payment methods, regulations, and emerging trends.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Demonstrated project management skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and identify actionable insights.
- Familiarity with marketing operations and strategies.
