The Role

As an HR Intern, you will join the Global Functions team and gain hands-on experience in HR processes and supporting technologies. You will work closely with the Senior HR Director for Finance, IT, and Business Services and be part of a dynamic team of six colleagues.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Global Supporting Functions
    • Coordinate and support the organization of the global functions team.
    • Develop a dedicated global functions communication calendar and create relevant communication activities.
    • Foster engagement and collaboration within the team.
  2. Talent Management and Capability Development
    • Engage with and support the Sky Leadership Program.
    • Coordinate, facilitate, and assist in relevant trainings for the functions.
    • Co-develop people-related trainings on Coty Academy, our learning system.
  3. People Analytics & Data Management
    • Produce the monthly data dashboard.
    • Identify opportunities to automate and harmonize further the data report and dashboard.
    • Improve key data points in our Success factors HR system.
Requirements
  • Currently enrolled in a relevant academic program, such as Business Administration or a specialization in human resources.
  • Understanding of general HR processes and policies.
  • Excellent people and teamwork skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Comfortable working with data.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Able to work in an international environment.
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality customer service, both internally and externally.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
  • Flexibility, adaptability, and a positive attitude are essential.
  • Fluency in English is required.
Internship Details

This is a full-time internship (40 hours per week) for 5-6 months. You will receive an internship allowance and an NS Business Card if you do not have a student public transport card. The internship can be combined with a thesis, but this will require significant time outside of work hours.
