The Role
As an HR Intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience and develop your skills within the HR Global Functions team. In this role, you will work closely with the Senior HR Director for Finance, IT, and Business Services, as well as the HR SVP Global Functions. Your responsibilities will be centered around the following key areas:
- Global Supporting Functions
- Coordinate and support the organization of the global functions team.
- Develop and maintain a dedicated global functions communication calendar and create relevant communication materials.
- Identify innovative ways to foster engagement and collaboration within the team.
- Support the Sky Leadership Program and engage with participants.
- Coordinate, facilitate, and assist in relevant trainings for the global functions team.
- Co-develop people-related trainings on supporting functions for Coty Academy, our learning platform.
- Produce the monthly data dashboard.
- Identify opportunities to automate and harmonize further data reporting and dashboarding.
- Improve key data points in our Success Factors HR system.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a relevant academic program, such as Business Administration or a specialization in human resources.
- Understanding of general HR processes and policies.
- Excellent people and teamwork skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Comfortable working with data.
- Strong communication skills.
- Able to work in an international environment.
- Commitment to delivering high-quality customer service, both internally and externally.
- Able to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
- Flexibility, adaptability, and a positive attitude are essential.
- Fluency in English is required due to the international nature of the organization.
Internship Details
This is a full-time internship (40 hours per week) for a duration of 5-6 months. You will receive an internship allowance and an NS Business Card if you do not have a student public transport card. The internship can be combined with a thesis, but this will require significant time commitment outside of work hours.
