We zijn op zoek naar een ervaren en hands-on marketingleider met een sterke achtergrond in performance/growth marketing om onze commerciële afdeling te versterken. Als Head of Marketing Benelux zul je een sleutelpositie innemen en een aanzienlijke impact maken binnen Studytube.

Wat je gaat doen
  • Ontwikkelen en uitvoeren van een geïntegreerde marketingstrategie, inclusief branding, demand generation, growth marketing en content marketing.
  • Leidinggeven aan, begeleiden en managen van het getalenteerde marketingteam, met een focus op samenwerking en ontwikkeling.
  • Verfijnen en verbeteren van Studytube's merkbekendheid en visuele identiteit om duidelijke, overtuigende en consistente communicatie over alle kanalen te waarborgen.
  • Plannen en uitvoeren van multi-channel marketing campagnes om leads te genereren, prospects te nurturen en conversies te stimuleren, met een sterke nadruk op het bijdragen aan commerciële groei.
  • Gebruik maken van data en analyses om de effectiviteit van marketingcampagnes te meten, strategieën te optimaliseren en rapporteren over belangrijke KPI's.
  • Nauw samenwerken met het salesteam om marketing- en sales strategieën op elkaar af te stemmen, sales initiatieven te ondersteunen en omzetgroei te stimuleren.
  • Op de hoogte blijven van industrie trends, activiteiten van concurrenten en marktkansen om marketing strategieën en tactieken continu te verfijnen.
  • Beheren van het marketingbudget, zorgen voor een efficiënte allocatie van middelen om maximale ROI te bereiken.
Wie jij bent
  • Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring in marketing, met een sterke achtergrond in B2B SaaS en minimaal 2 jaar in een leidinggevende rol.
  • Bewezen vermogen om een marketingteam te leiden en te inspireren, en een samenwerkende en prestatiegerichte cultuur te bevorderen.
  • Sterk strategisch inzicht, met een hands-on mentaliteit.
  • Uitstekende projectmanagement vaardigheden, jij kan complexe projecten in goede banen leiden.
  • Data-gedreven met een sterke analytische aanpak om marketingprestaties te meten en te optimaliseren.
  • Ruime ervaring met CRM-systemen (bij voorkeur Hubspot) en marketing automation tools.
  • Uitstekende mondelinge en schriftelijke communicatievaardigheden in het Nederlands en Engels; aanvullende talen zijn een pluspunt.
