- Customer Interaction: Serve as the primary contact for customers, providing information and resolving inquiries about products, sales orders, lead times, shipments, and services.
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain business relationships with a dedicated B2B customer base, nurturing connections into strong, long-term partnerships.
- Order Management: Follow up and follow through on inquiries regarding sales orders, lead times, shipments, logistics, products, and services, ensuring customer requirements are met consistently.
- Internal Collaboration: Work closely with Shipping locations, Sales, Logistics, Accounting, and other company resources to coordinate day-to-day customer requirements.
- Education: MBO+/HBO education (obtained through education or working experience).
- Language Skills: Excellent written and spoken English and French (C1/C2 level), with German being a plus.
- Soft Skills: Good communication and problem-solving skills, detail-oriented with strong administrative follow-up and follow-through, self-motivated and proactive with a strong work ethic.
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience within an international customer services environment, with the ability to cope with hectic deadlines and changing workloads.
- Technical Skills: Some experience with SAP/CRM systems and a logistical background is an advantage.
