About this role

We are seeking a skilled Corporate Commercial Partnerships Manager to join our Global Commercial Strategy Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and managing strategic relationships with high-profile organizations. Your primary objective will be to identify, negotiate, and execute mutually beneficial partnerships that create value for both parties and align with our company's goals and vision.

Key responsibilities:

  • Identify potential partners and research their offerings to determine compatibility with our business goals;
  • Negotiate and close deals by creating proposals, contracts, revenue models, and performance metrics;
  • Manage and grow partnerships by monitoring performance, providing feedback, and identifying areas for improvement or expansion;
  • Stay updated on the latest trends, developments, and best practices in the partnership field.

Requirements:

  • Extensive enterprise sales and/or business development experience, preferably with a background in Strategy Consulting;
  • Experience working at a tech company is highly valued;
  • Proven ability to develop partnerships with companies like Amazon is a significant advantage;
  • Strong knowledge of platform players and the opportunities for meaningful collaborations;
  • Skilled in building and executing strategic plans and playbooks;
  • Independent thinker, proactive, and able to see the big picture;
  • Demonstrated ability to structure complex problems, conduct data-driven analysis, and provide recommendations;
  • Comfortable working with ambiguity in a fast-paced environment;
  • High energy, autonomy, and resilience with a "Get it done" attitude;
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to adapt to different audiences in a multinational environment.
