As our ideal candidate, you possess 1-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in SaaS (recruitment) or recruitment service providers. Your deep understanding of the recruitment industry's challenges, trends, and operational needs enables you to effectively communicate the value proposition of our platform to clients.

We are seeking a Sales Development Manager to join our dynamic sales team, bringing high energy, a proactive approach, and a strong understanding of the recruitment services landscape. At Carv, we empower recruitment agencies to optimize their operations, go to zero admin, and deliver unparalleled value to their clients.

In this role, you will be responsible for strategic sales execution, market penetration, client relationship management, collaboration with our product development and IT security teams, achieving targets, and staying abreast of trends in the SaaS and recruitment services industries.

Salary: €60,000 - €80,000 per annum

Key Qualifications:

  • 1-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in SaaS (recruitment) or recruitment service providers;
  • Deep understanding of the recruitment industry's challenges, trends, and operational needs;
  • Knowledge of recruitment/HR tech and IT/security principles as they relate to SaaS products and ability to communicate these effectively to clients;
  • Excellent Dutch and English communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with ability to engage and persuade at all levels of an organization;
  • Strategic thinker with consultative sales approach and ability to develop and maintain strong business relationships.
