About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Controller to join our team at Nedschroef. As a Sales Controller, you will be responsible for creating and monitoring the Sales Budget and Forecast, preparing market analysis and strategic sales plans, and preparing input for the monthly financial reporting.
Your Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain accurate sales forecasts and budgets to ensure alignment with the company's overall strategy
- Conduct market analysis and provide insights to inform sales strategies and plans
- Prepare and present financial reports to stakeholders, including the Board of Directors and Supervisory Board
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure sales and market data is accurately reflected in financial reports
- Support Account Management in preparing sales input for strategic planning
- Develop and maintain ad-hoc analysis and margin analyses to inform sales decisions
- Work closely with Cost and Group control to ensure sales is aligned with corporate level goals
Your Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar position (controller, business controller) in an international manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge and experience with BI tools, Microsoft Office (Excel), and data analytics
- Action-oriented and result-driven mindset with excellent analytical and communication skills
- Strong personality with ability to influence and get things done
- Fluent in English, any other European language is a plus
