About Our Client

The Digital Transformation (DT) team plays a pivotal role in aligning IT with business needs, offering customized solutions tailored to the user organization. A significant aspect of our application ecosystem is the Microsoft 365 modern workplace. To enhance the utilization of these applications, the organization has initiated a strategic program focused on unlocking the full potential of these tools. The Application Training and Adoption Specialist is integral to this effort.

Your responsibilities include designing and delivering training initiatives, maintaining close relationships with user representatives, and keeping abreast of the latest advancements in workplace technology to ensure seamless integration into everyday tasks.


The Digital Transformation team consists of around 20 skilled and passionate professionals dedicated to driving the company's digital evolution in areas such as Data Intelligence, key application management, Apps, and AI solutions. Together, they are redefining the future of the workplace through innovative and effective strategies.

About Your Role


Your position is distinctive due to its extensive scope and direct influence on enhancing the organization’s use of Microsoft 365 and other essential applications.

You will focus on advancing digital tools to support our business goals, with approximately 60% of your time dedicated to Microsoft 365.

By promoting high adoption rates of Microsoft Modern Workplace solutions and other digital tools through comprehensive training and support, this role is crucial in maximizing the value these tools offer to the organization.


Your responsibilities include implementing and advocating for new Microsoft Modern Workplace features in collaboration with our ambassador team, striving to extract maximum benefits from these tools for the organization.

By fostering application usage, particularly within the modern workplace framework, this role significantly contributes to the digital transformation journey.


Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Training and Adoption: You will oversee the implementation of the Microsoft 365 roadmap, which includes training and ensuring effective adoption. This entails creating tailored training sessions and maintaining diverse training materials (manuals, videos, webinars, etc.) that are essential for enhancing user proficiency and engagement.
  • Ownership of Microsoft 365 Roadmap: You will take full ownership of the Microsoft 365 roadmap, encompassing vital tools such as SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, and Copilot. This comprehensive approach allows you to influence and enhance various aspects of collaboration and productivity.
  • Collaboration with Power Platform: You will work closely with Power Platform experts to integrate and provide training on Power BI and Power Apps, thereby enhancing the organization’s data analytics capabilities and custom application development.
  • Promote New Work Methodologies: Beyond implementation, you will advocate for new work methodologies and develop strategies to boost user engagement and proficiency. Your efforts will ensure that Microsoft 365 applications are utilized optimally to achieve business objectives.
  • Governance and Support: You will manage Microsoft 365 governance, offer guidance to Ambassadors, and assist the IT Helpdesk with issue resolution, demonstrating your role in ensuring smooth operations and user support across the platform.
  • Continuous Improvement and Communication: By regularly assessing business needs and organizational readiness, you will evolve adoption programs, maintain a dynamic Adoption Portal, and effectively communicate updates, new features, and best practices. This iterative process ensures optimal alignment with business objectives while maximizing the value derived from Microsoft 365.
  • Insights and Collaboration: You will gather insights from the modern workplace ambassador group, fostering collaboration and ensuring that your strategies are grounded in real-world user experiences and needs.


Overall, this role uniquely combines technical expertise with role modeling, training, governance, and continuous improvement efforts to drive effective utilization of Microsoft 365 and other tools across the organization.

  • 35 years of IT experience
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of other European languages is a plus
  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • An energetic, self-starting personality with excellent presentation and inspiring teaching skills
  • Proven ability to collaborate and influence at all levels
  • A passion for Microsoft's modern workplace solutions and driving impactful adoption programs
