Communicate issues, actions and results in real-time to the right stakeholder. Support on customer complaints.

Operations Management

Delivers the services required in the contract. Integrates service delivery by connecting everything related to the building experience. Develop a close working relationship with all of the vendors under his/her control to ensure that they fully understand the Client culture and are made to feel part of the team delivering a high-quality service. Support for all task within the mailroom Assisting the handyman with minor tasks when necessary Task within our workorder system

You will be the face of the workplace experience team.

Creating a welcoming and professional image of the company is crucial in your role as the face of OurWorkplace. As the first point of contact for our client, it is important to convey that we are the type of team they would want to engage with. As such, it is essential for you to exhibit exceptional customer service and integrity when addressing inquiries, concerns, and complaints.

Together with the facilities management team, you will play a key role in ensuring a safe and positive experience for clients, vendors, and employees. You’ll follow the firm’s safety guidelines and strategies, while focusing on the hospitality aspects of providing service.

Your responsibilities encompass various tasks, including but not limited to booking meeting rooms, managing inventory of office supplies, handling paperwork related to maintenance activities. Additionally, you will be responsible for assisting the facilities management team in supervising on-site contractors and sourcing vendors and services.

Since we’re a small team, it is expected to cover and help your colleagues, there where needed. As a backup of the Mailroom, you will be the first point of contact, when needed.

We are seeking someone who takes initiative and won’t hesitate to take action when needed

Setting up meeting rooms furniture. Assisting the handyman with minor tasks when necessary: Safety supervision during work with the 1st handyman. Logistics deliveries around different building. Delivery of fruit. Workplace measurements (counting people in the office. Carried out work orders from Corrigo system when possible.

Skills

Strong communication skills, teamwork, analysis, judgment and customer focus. Planning and organising:  Able to evaluate priorities and re-juggle as appropriate. Able to resolve conflict and communicate intentions clearly. Deliver on time and with high quality results. A self-starter who possesses curiosity. A proven team player at ease with sleeves rolled up approach

Decision making / complex problem solving:

Proactively gathers information from appropriate sources. Probes/considers all of the facts. Considers other perspectives. Refers to long term plans and goals, draws sound inferences. Prioritizes key factors. Acts decisively, promptly and confidently. Able to operate with limited guidance

Competencies

Computer skills, Excel, proficient in Microsoft office

The candidate must demonstrate the following personal attributes:

Customer focused. Good communicator – both written and verbal. Dutch both spoken and written. Assertive. Possess cultural awareness and sensitivity.

Experience

You should have at least 2 years of experience in a corporate environment

Qualifications

Verbal and written Dutch communication skills
