Alscustomer operations specialist ga jij je bezighouden met devolgende werkzaamheden:
  • Assisteren van klantenen schakelen met afdelingen zoals Sales, Technical Support enOperations
  • Bewaken van de status van orders
  • Zorgen dat leveringen op tijd en volgensschema worden verzonden
  • Verzorgen van debenodigde rapportages
  • Zorgen voor decoördinatie van de juiste oplossing bij speciale klantverzoeken
  • Signaleren van afwijkende customer en materialmasterdata
  • Zorgdragen voor een goede enproactieve communicatie naar klanten

  • Brutosalaris van € 18,75 tot € 24,50 per uur
  • Reiskostenvergoeding van € 0,23 per kilometermaximaal € 11,36 per dag of volledige ov-vergoeding

  • Minimaal een mbodiploma
  • Minimaal drie jaar ervaring inCustomer Operations

  • Ervaring met een ERP-systeem enbij voorkeur ook met Salesforce
