Team Lead Customer Service

As the Team Leader for the Customer Support department, you oversee the entire Customer Success team. You are in charge of managing, mentoring, and staffing a group of four employees. Your main responsibility is to ensure all incoming inquiries and issues are addressed and resolved efficiently.
Description
In addition to supervising the Customer Support team, you also manage the field service team, which includes seven mechanics. You ensure seamless coordination between the Customer Support office and field operations. Staying up-to-date on ongoing processes, such as delivery timelines, order details, points of sale, product information, and technical specifications, is crucial.
You guide the Customer Support team to provide top-notch service by offering training and development opportunities. You also take charge of scheduling, ensuring that workloads remain manageable and your team maintains high performance.
Through reports and hands-on experience, you continuously work to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the department.
- You actively participate in day-to-day operations (handling calls, emails, and planning) when possible.
- You are responsible for maintaining organization, structure, and a positive atmosphere in the workplace.
- For international operations (Germany, Belgium, and the UK), you ensure smooth collaboration with service partners via phone or email.
- You proactively engage with customers on a weekly basis to assess how services can be improved.
