Role Overview:

As the Global Director of Pricing, you will lead the pricing function for a multinational food manufacturing business. You will drive pricing excellence, optimize pricing strategies across markets, and ensure alignment with financial goals while enhancing competitive positioning.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute a global pricing strategy to drive profitability and market share.
  • Analyze cost structures, customer demand, and competitor pricing to develop data-driven pricing recommendations.
  • Implement value-based pricing models to optimize revenue and margin growth.
  • Work closely with sales and marketing teams to align pricing strategies with commercial objectives.
  • Oversee regional pricing teams to ensure consistency in pricing execution across global markets.
  • Lead pricing negotiations with key customers and distributors.
  • Develop predictive pricing models leveraging AI and big data analytics.
  • Ensure compliance with pricing policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide executive leadership with pricing performance insights and actionable recommendations.


Qualifications & Experience:

  • 10+ years of experience in pricing leadership within food manufacturing or FMCG.
  • Expertise in cost-plus, competitive, and value-based pricing models.
  • Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in pricing analytics tools and ERP systems.
  • Experience leading global teams in a matrixed organization.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are beneficial.
