**wat ga je doen?**:
Als Sales New Business ben je verantwoordelijk voor het genereren van nieuwe zakelijke kansen en het uitbreiden van onze klantenkring. Je werkt nauw samen met vastgoedorganisaties, woningcorporaties en andere stakeholders om hen te adviseren over de voordelen van ons platform. Je begrijpt de behoeften van de klant en weet deze om te zetten in concrete oplossingen. Je hebt een belangrijke rol in het presenteren en demonstreren van ons softwareplatform, onderhandelen over contracten en het opbouwen en onderhouden van duurzame klantrelaties. Je bent een enthousiaste en gedreven professional die relaties opbouwt en resultaatgericht werkt.

**Wat neem je mee?**:

- Je hebt een HBO- of WO-opleiding in een relevant vakgebied, zoals vastgoed, bedrijfskunde of een technische richting.
- Minimaal 1 tot 3 jaar werkervaring in een vergelijkbare salesrol, bij voorkeur in de vastgoed
- of technologiebranche.
- Sterke communicatieve en onderhandelingsvaardigheden; je weet hoe je klanten kunt overtuigen en relaties kunt onderhouden.
- Je bent zelfstandig, proactief en hebt een winnaarsmentaliteit.
- Affiniteit met technologie en innovatie binnen de vastgoedsector.
