As our HR/Payroll Administrative Support, you play a key role in ensuring all important HR processes run smoothly every day. You will report into and work closely with the HR Manager and will have a strong link with the finance team.

Daily you will be responsible for managing personnel files, supporting recruitment and selection, overseeing onboarding and offboarding, and handling leave and sick leave administration.

You will manage the monthly payroll processing. This entails amongst others:

- Manage (prepare & control) the payroll administration including checks on adherence to pay policies e.g. expenses, bonus payments, ensuring all exceptions are captured well and implemented correctly into the payment system.
- Posting the monthly payroll journal entries.
- Maintaining the work costs scheme (WKR)

You will have an important role in the performance management process by:

- Supporting the performance appraisal process, monitoring the completeness the goal templates, gathering relevant data to prepare goal setting & ranking sessions. Planning of the sessions & Support during session.

Support with Training and Development:

- Data gathering to support the identification of training needs, planning, monitoring achievements & results.
- Monitor & ensure all development plans are completed, captured properly & follow up.
