Customer Service Agent with German Language

**How does your day look like?**:
It’s Monday morning and the week is starting again. You will begin your day with a good cup of coffee and then start up your computer at home. Your day starts around 08.00/08.30 as a Customer Service Employee for the Dutch market.

After that, you see that we had some feedback on eBay. You immediately search in our systems for the historic interactions with the customer. You try to gather all the information about the case and order. You will reach out to the customer by phone and your goal is making the customer satisfied again with our product and service. You succeed in making the customer happy again, giving you a very good feeling.

**Must haves**:

- German and English verbal and written skills are very good;
- Experienced in client contact;
- Known for your enthusiastic personality;
- Clever in working with computers and MS Office;
- Ability to come to vidaXL Venlo office once per month;
- Living in the Netherlands
