**Job Summary**:
As an Inside Technical Sales Representative, you will play a pivotal role in expanding Lenntech's international market reach, with focus on French-speaking regions. Your primary focus will be supporting and growing customer relationships, assisting with technical sales inquiries, and driving sales for our engineered water treatment products. This hybrid role requires both a technical aptitude and excellent communication skills, ensuring clients receive tailored solutions and exceptional support aligned with Lenntech’s commitment to quality and sustainability.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Technical Consultation**: Serve as the primary point of contact for French-speaking clients, addressing technical inquiries and understanding client needs to recommend suitable Lenntech products and solutions.
- **Sales Support**: Manage inbound requests from various channels, providing quotes, processing orders, and ensuring prompt follow-up to maximize customer satisfaction and conversion rates.
- **Relationship Building**: Develop strong customer relationships with end-users and resellers, maintaining a deep understanding of their unique water treatment challenges and business requirements.
- **Collaboration with customer service & warehouse**: Work closely with Lenntech’s customer service and warehouse to provide the best service to the customer.
- **Market Analysis and Feedback**: Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and inform Lenntech’s product development strategy.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience in engineering, environmental science, or a related technical field.
- 2+ years of experience in technical sales, ideally within the water treatment, environmental technology, or engineering sectors.
- Fluent in French and English (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus.
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand and explain complex engineering solutions to a non-technical audience.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- A proactive and customer-oriented approach, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
