Als Client Executive ben je verantwoordelijk voor bestaande klantrelaties en klantbehoud. Je bent dagelijks telefonisch in contact met klanten en zorgt voor stevige positionering van het merk en de dienstverlening van RNHB. Daarnaast ben je sparringpartner voor de klant over kansen en mogelijkheden in zijn/haar vastgoedportefeuille en vertelt duidelijk wat je voor de klant kunt betekenen. Voorbeelden zijn het opnemen van overwaarde op vastgoed in bezit, verlengingen of financiering t.b.v. verduurzaming.

Je werkt nauw samen met andere teams en zorgt dat leads en verkoopkansen via de juiste kanalen tot een aanvraag leiden. Tot slot signaleer je op basis van het klantcontact trends en ontwikkelingen in de markt en kansen ten behoeve van productontwikkeling en verbetering van de klantreis.

Een initiatiefrijke collega die dol is op netwerken. Je bent commercieel en schakelt snel tussen de klantsituatie en het productaanbod van RNHB. Om succesvol te zijn in deze rol is het belangrijk dat je goed doorvraagt tijdens het klantcontact zodat je de belangen van de betrokken partijen goed begrijpt en een passend vervolg kunt geven.

Voor deze rol vragen wij HBO werk en denkniveau en ervaring met het omzetten van leads naar verkopen en/of ervaring met vastgoed(financiering). Je vind het leuk om samen te werken met andere teams en meer te leren over andere producten, processen en werkwijzen.
