**Your role**:
At Fastned, we pride ourselves on providing our customers with exceptional service and a top-notch charging experience. As our **French & English speaking Customer Support Agent**, you will play a crucial role in upholding our commitment to customer satisfaction together with our dynamic team and helping us stand out from the competition.

**Who we are looking for**:
- You are fluent in both French & English;
- Available to work at least 24 hours per week:
- You've gained at least first customer service experience already (experience with Zendesk is a plus);
- You genuinely enjoy interacting with people, both over the phone and in writing;
- You follow processes and, at the same time, proactively share ideas on how to improve them;
- You are results-driven and stress resistant.
