About the job:
The Red Hat EMEA Commercial Sales team is seeking a Partner Sales Executive (PSE) Community Manager, in this role the “PSE Community Manager" will contribute to a best in class PSE execution in collaboration with the countries.
This role can be based anywhere in EMEA where Red Hat is registered to do business.
What you will do:
- Share best practices and solve business challenges
- Generate a sense of belonging to a community (breaking isolation)
- Clarify priorities of hybrid PSE
- Responsible for development and execution of partner led sales strategy.
- Sales Execution - drives sales orchestration across the PSEs; ensuring required partner engagement, alignment with global and geo GTM strategies and collaboration with geo ecosystem leaders
- Own orchestration & execution of sales collaboration initiatives between PSEs and our partner ecosystem
- Maintain a high performing PSE reporting system, implementing consistent operational and financial key performance indicators, holding PSE accountable for results.
- Partner Capacity - assess partner capacity/ capabilities and interlocks with Ecosystem team on gaps and solutions to remedy
- Interlocks regularly with Regional Sales Leadership to review partner list, forecast, support needed, and best practices
- Support PSE as needed in driving connections between Red Hat sellers and partners and ensure proper alignment of capable partners with specific sales opportunities
- Partner with global commercial and enablement to ensure role guides and training are created/maintained for the skilling of PSEs
- Acts as an escalation point for PSE team on any internal blockers that inhibit deal progression
What you will bring:
- Excellent leadership & communication skills, with ability to engage a diverse set of stakeholders in a matrixed organization
- Strong strategic planning skills and understanding of sales cycles
- Strong understanding of customers & partners, including customers' business, industry trends, competitive landscape, and Red Hat differentiators/ value proposition
- Ability to articulate the value of Red Hat solutions, Red Hat’s differentiation, and the Red Hat opportunity to customers and partners
- Ability to cultivate long-term relationships and develop advocates across client and partner organizations
- Demonstrated ability to hold oneself and associates accountable for commitments, providing clarity and outlining clear and shared expectations for success.
- Demonstrated ability to execute on the sales strategy and value proposition for Commercial organizations within their respective geo and region ensuring alignment with broader organizational/product strategies.
