Als Maintenance Manager draag je de verantwoordelijkheid voor het onderhoud van gebouw. Je zorgt voor het beheer, de continuïteit en de optimalisatie van alle technische systemen, contracten en faciliteiten. Je leidt het maintenance team en ondersteund de operationele afdelingen.

- HBO werkniveau, bij voorkeur in een technische richting.
- Minimaal 4 jaar ervaring in een vergelijkbare functie, bij voorkeur in de hotellerie.
- Uitstekende leiderschapskwaliteiten en communicatieve vaardigheden.
- Goed probleemoplossend vermogen en besluitvaardigheid.
- Ervaring met budgetbeheer en projectmanagement.
- Hands on mentaliteit, zelf de handen uit de mouwen willen steken om problemen te verhelpen.
- Beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal

- Beheren en onderhouden van alle technische installaties en systemen binnen het hotel
- Beheren van alle service contracten en service level agreements
- Plannen en uitvoeren van preventief en correctief onderhoud
- Aansturen en ontwikkelen van het maintenance team
- Opstellen van onderhoudsplannen en budgetten, en zorgen voor de naleving hiervan
- Zorgen voor naleving van veiligheidsnormen, brandveiligheid en regelgeving
- Relaties opbouwen en onderhouden met lokale partners
- Een ondersteunende rol tijdens de oplevering van het gebouw
- Verantwoordelijk voor het beheer van de groenvoorziening rondom het gebouw

As Maintenance Manager, you are responsible for the maintenance of the building. You ensure the management, continuity, and optimization of all technical systems, contracts, and facilities. You lead the maintenance team and support the operational departments.

**Responsibilities**
- Managing and maintaining all technical installations and systems within the hotel
- Managing all service contracts and service level agreements
- Planning and executing preventive and corrective maintenance
- Leading and developing the maintenance team
- Developing maintenance plans and budgets, and ensuring compliance with them
- Ensuring compliance with safety standards, fire safety, and regulations
- Building and maintaining relationships with local partners
- A supportive role during the building's delivery
- Responsible for managing the landscaping around the building

**Is this you?**
- HBO level of education, preferably in a technical field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the hotel industry.
- Excellent leadership qualities and communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and decisiveness.
- Experience in budget management and project management.
- Hands-on mentality, willing to roll up your sleeves to solve problems.
- Proficiency in Dutch and English language.
