**What are you going to do as a Director Business Development?**
You will be responsible for conducting high
- level sales activities in designated geographic markets to achieve profitable growth and meet the revenue objectives of MNX.
Achieve sales activities and performance targets for retention and penetration of designated geographic markets. Your activities consist of:
- monitor and maintain account relationships to ensure seamless integration of new business and customer satisfaction.
- Identify and evaluate new sales leads and prospects; hold prospecting meetings, identify key decision makers and qualify potential customers;
- developing complex sales strategies and proactively seeking new opportunities within the designated geographic region;
- conducting customer analytics to identify customer needs, determine the impact of products/services on customers and identify which products, services and features to promote to current/potential customers;
- develop strategies/plans for effective management of current accounts;
- develop and deliver sales presentations to potential customers;
- preparing periodic sales reports that indicate key metrics identified by MNX;
- monitor and assess competitive products and services, such as ensuring follow-up on industry trends, recommending changes to MNX services based on the results;
- representing MNX at corporate events, trade fairs or trade association meetings;
- partner with Marketing, Inside Sales and other key internal customers to ensure a positive customer experience.
**What do we require from you as a Director Business Development?**
- you are experienced in logistics in timecritical shipments and lifescience with hi tech or aviation as back-up;
- you have a higher educational thinking and working level;
- you can work autonomous, result driven. You are a true sales professional;
- you master both the Dutch and English languages.
