We are a high-growth startup seeking a talented Customer Support Specialist intern who is passionate to learn about B2B Commerce and kickstart their career_

**What we are looking for**:
So what else is there In addition to the technical part of the role, at Orderchamp we believe that every role plays a critical part in shaping our customers' experiences. You will be working side by side with the people from Sales, Product, Finance and Tech Support. We want you to escalate critical issues to other teams and collaborate with them to come up with the best solution for our brands and retailers. Meaning, you will have the unique opportunity to work with different departments and discover various positions that directly impact our customers' experience. This experience will not only help you develop a broad skill set in customer service but also expose you to potential career paths for the future in a fast-paced startup environment.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor/Academic student;
- Fluent in English and Dutch;
- Interest in the eCommerce/ retail/ wholesale industry;
- Asset: Experience with customer facing activities;
- Great time management & organizational skills.

**You will**:

- Help & educate our new customers on Orderchamp’s back-office functionality and performance expectations;
- Perform basic-level troubleshooting for order management, invoicing and general questions assistance
- Demonstrate consistency & reliability in handling your work and your attendance;
- Provide exceptional customer service. Every day. For all customers.

**What skills you will develop**:

- Feeling confident in your ability to express yourself clearly and delegate tasks efficiently.
- Ability to identify the underlying cause(s) of issues.
- Having confidence in your expertise and accuracy in terms of problem solving.
- Being good at receiving and providing feedback.
- Successfully managing your work and schedule.
- Effectively working with different departments.
- In-depth understanding of the customer-focused roles.
