Wij zijn momenteel op zoek naar een fulltime Customer support medewerker bij Droppery.

Als pas afgestudeerde met een hoog energieniveau en een passie voor het helpen van mensen, ben je klaar om ons Sales team te versterken in de rol van Support medewerker.
Je bent onder andere verantwoordelijk voor het ondersteunen en supporten van onze bestaande klanten.
Een vriendelijke lach en klant geralteerde vragen worden door jou opgepakt en opgelost.
Als je een georganiseerde doorzetter bent die op zoek is naar een dynamische functie, dan nodigen we je uit om ons team te komen versterken
Vereisten
**Waar je verantwoordelijk voor bent**:

- Ondersteuning bieden aan onze bestaande klanten;
- Het beantwoorden van klant vragen;
- Rapporten opstellen om de efficiëntie te bewaken en te verbeteren en de dagelijkse werkzaamheden te stroomlijnen;
- Een vriendelijk eerste lijn contact voor onze klanten;
**Wat je het team kunt bieden**:

- Ervaring in een administratieve en support functie;
- Uitstekende vaardigheden op het gebied van tijdbeheer en organisatie;
- Volledige beheersing van de Nederlandse (en Engelse) taalvaardigheden;
- Oog voor detail;
- Uitstekende multi-tasking vaardigheden met een voorliefde voor het oplossen van problemen.
