**Jouw rol**
Als **Facilities Assistant** speel jij een cruciale rol in het dagelijks reilen en zeilen van ons kantoor. Dankzij jouw zorg en toewijding zorg je ervoor dat onze werkplek altijd schoon, gezellig en opgeruimd is. Jij creëert een omgeving waarin het team zich thuis voelt en met plezier werkt.
**Wat ga je doen?**
- **Schoonmaken van het kantoor**: Je zorgt ervoor dat het kantoor altijd netjes en fris is, je maakt de kantoorruimte schoon inclusief de keuken, de pantries en de toiletten.
- **Netjes en gezellig houden van de werkruimte**: Je houdt de gemeenschappelijke ruimtes opgeruimd en zorgt voor een fijne, uitnodigende sfeer.
- **Vuilnis bijhouden**: Je zorgt ervoor dat de vuilnisbakken dagelijks worden geleegd en verschoond, blikjes apart worden verzameld en de afvalverwerking soepel verloopt.
- **Lunch bereiden en serveren**: Elke dag verzorg jij met liefde de lunch voor je collega’s, zodat zij met nieuwe energie hun werk kunnen doen.
- **Opruimen na de lunch**: Na de lunch zorg je ervoor dat alles weer schoon en opgeruimd is.
- **Schoonmaakspullen, snack
- en drankvoorraad bijhouden**: Je zorgt ervoor dat er altijd voldoende snacks en drankjes zijn voor het team.
- **Bestellingen doen**: Je regelt de inkoop van lunch, snacks en schoonmaakbenodigdheden, zodat er nooit iets tekort is.

- Beschikbaar voor 20-25 uur per week.
- Je woont in of nabij Amsterdam.
- Uitstekende beheersing van het Engels.

**Your Role**
As a **Facilities Assistant**, you play a crucial role in the daily operations of our office. Through your care and dedication, you ensure that our workspace is always clean, inviting, and organized. You create an environment where the team feels comfortable and enjoys working.
**What You’ll Do**:
- **Office cleaning**:Keep the office spotless and fresh, including cleaning the workspace, kitchen, pantries, and restrooms.
- **Maintaining a tidy and welcoming workspace**:Keep common areas organized and ensure a pleasant, inviting atmosphere.
- **Trash management**:Ensure daily emptying and cleaning of trash bins, proper separation of recyclables, and smooth waste disposal.
- **Lunch preparation and service**:Every day, you’ll prepare and serve lunch with care, helping your colleagues recharge for the rest of the day.
- **Post-lunch cleanup**:After lunch, you’ll ensure the space is clean and tidy again.
- Managing cleaning supplies, snacks, and drinks: Keep the team stocked with snacks and beverages and ensure cleaning supplies are always available.
- **Ordering supplies**:Handle the purchasing of lunch items, snacks, and cleaning supplies, so nothing is ever missing.
