The Global Sales Strategy and Operations Team plays a crucial role in ensuring the success of JET's Global Sales Organisation. As a Sr Project Manager - Sales Incentives, you will partner with Leadership, Sales Operations, HR, and Finance to drive flawless execution and define the way thousands of sellers sell across all markets globally.
You will be responsible for owning the execution of administration for sales incentives, resolving queries and disputes from sales stakeholders, and providing input to the development of Sales Incentive toolings and data infrastructure.
Key responsibilities:- Own the administration of sales incentives for all sales FTEs;
- Resolve incentive queries and disputes within agreed timelines;
- Contribute to the development of Sales Incentive toolings and data infrastructure;
- Partner cross-functionally with HR, Finance, and BI to ensure accurate payouts across all markets;
- Provide proposals and reporting to enable informed decision-making on future incentive programs.
- Experience in Sales Operations, Finance, or Advisory roles;
- Experience with Sales Incentives, effectiveness, performance, or compensation programs is a plus;
- Demonstrated ability to structure complex problems and conduct data-driven analysis;
- Flexibility and ability to adjust to new demands and sense of urgency;
- High energy, autonomy, and resilience with a 'Get it done' attitude;
- Advanced Excel skills and attention to detail;
- Experience with Databases, SQL, and BI tools (e.g. Tableau);
- Strong focus on continuous improvement;
- Experience with incentive tools like Xactly is an advantage but not essential.
