Job Description:

We're seeking an ambitious Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team in the Netherlands. As an SDR, you'll be responsible for driving growth through cold calling, outbound prospecting, and various tasks that contribute to our commercial success. You'll play a crucial role as the first point of contact for potential clients, contributing to multiple areas of our commercial strategy, including event outreach, market insights, and pipeline generation.

This is what you'll be doing:

  • Cold calling and outbound prospecting: Actively engaging with leads through cold calls, LinkedIn, and other channels.
  • Pipeline generation: Creating targeted email campaigns and coordinating outreach for events and industry fairs.
  • Qualifying inbound leads: Ensuring potential clients are a good fit for our solution.
  • Market research & insights: Staying up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and new market opportunities.
  • CRM and data management: Maintaining organized systems and ensuring data accuracy.
  • Nurturing relationships: Building rapport with prospects and maintaining strong connections over time.
  • Metrics and continuous improvement: Tracking your performance, learning from metrics, and suggesting improvements for outreach strategies.

This is who we're looking for:

  • You thrive on making impactful first connections and uncovering opportunities.
  • At least 2 years of sales experience, preferably in SaaS, tech, or B2B environments.
  • A natural communicator with a knack for engaging prospects and presenting ideas.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with experience using CRM systems.
  • Self-motivated and creative, eager to learn and contribute to business growth.
  • Comfortable with the fast-paced nature of a high-growth company.
  • Fluent in English and Dutch.
