**Job Description:**

We are currently assisting one of our clients, IFF, a leading producer of flavor and fragrance ingredients, in recruiting part-time Sensory Panelists/Flavor Evaluators.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Work individually and within a team to evaluate a variety of food and beverage products, including snacks, soups, cheese, meats, non-alcoholic beverages, confectionery, dairy products, and plant-based products.
  • Develop and apply sensory evaluation skills to assess the sensory profile of products (aroma, appearance, flavor, taste, texture).
  • Participate in collaborative and independent roles, requiring excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Learn to describe and assess the sensory characteristics of products.

**Requirements:**

  • No medical, religious, or dietary restrictions, intolerances, or medical allergies.
  • No objection to food additives such as natural and artificial sweeteners.
  • Good sensory acuity regarding smell, taste, and texture.
  • Ability to follow detailed instructions in English and work well in a team.
  • Fluency in English and basic knowledge of Dutch.
  • A genuine passion for food in general is a plus

**What We Offer:**

  • Competitive hourly rate of €19.29 (after 3 to 6 months upon successful completion of training, starting salary of €18.29).
